    Sign up with email or Google. No credit card required for the free plan.

    Connect Exact Online

    Approve access in the standard Exact OAuth screen and pick the administration to mirror.

    Your revenue, margin, receivables and cash-flow dashboards populate automatically.

What we sync

  • Customers (Accounts)
    Company name, contact details, VAT number.
  • Sales invoices
    Amounts, VAT, status, due dates, customer link.
  • Divisions
    The administration you select during setup.

What we don't touch

  • · Payroll or HR data
  • · Bank statement lines
  • · Purchase invoices or supplier data (unless explicitly enabled later)
  • · Documents or attachments

Security & compliance

  • OAuth 2.0 with Exact's official authorisation server. CloudVis never sees your Exact password.
  • Access & refresh tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at the application layer, on top of platform disk encryption.
  • Row-level security ensures every user only sees their own data. Hosted in the EU.
  • Disconnecting revokes the webhook, deletes tokens and permanently purges all mirrored Exact data from CloudVis.
